Rolling Overview
Our plate rolling capacities offer the flexibility to work with a variety of material grades. Material thicknesses range from 1/8 to 3 inches. Plates can be rolled to complete cylinders as large as 14'0" diameter. Cylinders larger than 14'0" diameter can be supplied in segmented arcs.

Structurals of almost any shape can be rolled within our facility. The proper tooling allows us to roll shapes to complete rings or segments of a ring. Experienced operators can roll segments with tangent material included or transitioned radii as the job may require. In addition, we are one of the only suppliers in Chicagoland that can roll channels and beams to the hardway of the web completely within our facility.
